Conveyor Belt Rip Repair Fasteners

To repair lengthwise rips in heavy duty belts or in steel cable belts,
use the GORFLEX solid plate fastener.
We recommend standard GORFLEX #140-190-2 Bolt solid plate fasteners (Standard Application)
For Heavy Duty belts from 9/16" (14 mm) to 1" (25 mm), use the standard GORFLEX #2,
or 2.5 bolt solid plate fastener
A box of 25 fastener sets will repair rips approx. 12 feet long (3.6 meters),
every 6" Maximum, 4" Minimum.
A pail of 100 fastener sets will repair rips approx. 50 feet long (15.25 meters),
every 6" Maximum, 4" Minimum.
